TATTOO BOOKING POLICY
Please review the following policies carefully before submitting your booking request.
01. PRICING & DEPOSITS
• Minimum Rate: My minimum tattoo price is $200.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200–$300 is required to secure your appointment, depending on the size, complexity, and design preparation involved.
• Final Payment: Your deposit is always applied toward the final tattoo price.
02. DESIGN POLICY
• Original Artwork Only: I do not copy other tattoo artists’ work. All reference images are used strictly for inspiration and to understand your concept.
• My Artistic Style: Every design is created exclusively in my own artistic style, technique, and creative vision. I do not replicate reference images or adapt my style to match another artist’s work.
• Design Details: Please provide a clear, detailed description of your idea, including all essential elements, preferences, and specific details you want incorporated. All important requirements must be communicated before the design process begins.
• Included Revisions: Your deposit includes 2–3 minor design adjustments.
• Major Changes: Significant changes, complete redraws, or requests for a completely different concept require an additional $100 design fee.
• Concept Changes: Major changes to the original concept after booking confirmation may result in a forfeited deposit and require a new deposit and appointment. I also reserve the right to decline the revised project entirely, in which case the original deposit will be forfeited.
03. RESCHELDULING & CANCELLATIONS
• One Reschedule: You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 72 hours (3 days) advance notice without losing your deposit.
• Late Notice: Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice requires a new deposit.
• Additional Rescheduling: A second reschedule also requires a new deposit, regardless of advance notice.
• Rescheduling Deadline: Your rescheduled appointment must take place within 2 months of the original appointment date, or your deposit will be forfeited.
• Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
04. TOUCH-UPS
• Complimentary Touch-Ups: Touch-ups are free within 2 months of your original tattoo session.
• After 2 Months: Any touch-up requested after this period will be charged my minimum rate of $200.
• Healing Time: Please allow at least 4–5 weeks for your tattoo to heal before scheduling a touch-up.
• Photo Required: Please include a clear photo of your fully healed tattoo when submitting your touch-up request.
05. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
• Submitting a booking form does not guarantee an appointment.
• Your appointment is officially confirmed only after the required non-refundable deposit has been received.
• Custom designs are created in order of scheduled appointment dates, not immediately after booking.
• Final designs are typically shared 4–7 days before your scheduled appointment.
